Art, Commissions, and Design Usage
If you’re considering purchasing a design or commission from my shop, I have a couple of rules to go with them. Please take the time to read through them all. If you ever need something clarified, don't hesitate to ask!Please note all my prices are in CAD.The use of my art for training AI is strictly prohibited.
Rules for adopts
1. Do not claim the art and design as yours, and do not crop out my signature.
2. Give proper credit where it is due. If you choose to use the design and original reference I have created, please link back to me and give credit for the art and/or design.
3. You are free to edit and alter the design as you wish.
4. Do not use my designs commercially.
5. Do not resell designs and adopts for more than you bought them for, unless you have additional artwork to justify raising the price.
5,1. In the case where more art is provided when reselling the design, you must have permission form all artists before selling.
Commission Info
Things I will draw: Dragons, monsters, pokemon, most animals (please ask for specifics)
Things I will not draw: Humans or humanlike creatures, mechs or mechanical creatures, anything nsfw
1. My art is for personal and private use only, please do not use it commercially.
2. You are free to re-post and use the art as you wish so long as proper credit is given.
3. I tend to post all art I create. If you would prefer I not post your commission, please let me know.
4. I currently do not offer refunds, so please be certain you want to commission me beforehand.
5. During the sketch stage I will interact with the buyer frequently to ensure pose and position is satisfactory. After a final sketch is settled on, I will line and colour + shade the piece. After this point, minor adjustments can be made free of charge.
